Pets From Around the World | 10 International Pet Blogs

The month of September has been deemed as "International Pet Blogger Month" by the BlogPaws online pet blogging community. As an American Pet Blogger, I find it fascinating to read and follow other pet blogs from around the world. It's amazing how much I learn.

Over the few years I've been blogging, I've been lucky enough to "meet" people and their pets via the internet from places like Europe, Australia, Asia, and more. The fun part is that they all have different types of pets too. Cats, dogs, turtles - you name it!

In order to celebrate International Pet Bloggers Month, I've put together a {small} list of International pet blogs. This list barely touches the surface, because there are so many other International pet blogs out there. Thank you for sharing your stories and knowledge around the globe!

  1. DashKitten.com - Location: Wellington, New Zealand; About: Founded by Dash Kitten in order to foster unity among anipals and help those in need. Although Dash sadly passed away a year ago, his legacy still lives strong and the blog has a fabulous staff of 9 cats and 1 human.

  1. Thanks for sharing some other international pet bloggers!! I follow a lot of American pet blogs, which are awesome but I feel like they do 'hog' the limelight ;) Hehe only joking!

I admire the way that pet blogging is so cemented in the US and hope that one day the situation will be the same in Australia. I will pay the blogs listed a visit, especially Hutch a Good Life because my name is also Amy and I grew up in Kent too! Spooky but I'll have to check her out.

I noticed there was no one from Australia included so I'd like to let you know about us guys down under!

I blog at Haus of Pug (www.hausofpug.com) about my pug Chowski and his little sister Killa! Some others that I have had the privilege of getting to know are:

    - That Dog Dancing Guy (http://thatdogdancingguy.com.au/)
    - Dog Adventures (http://dogadventures.com.au/)
    - 1st World Dog (http://1stworlddog.com/)
    - Creature Clinic (http://creatureclinic.com)
    - Barx Active ( http://www.barxactive.com)
    - Dr Belinda the Vet (http://drbelindathevet.com)

Hope you don't mind me sharing!

    1. I wish I could say "I know how you feel", but in this case I can only speculate. I hope that pet blogging in other countries and the opportunities available to other pet bloggers only increases in the future because you guys deserve it! You will love Hutch a Good Life :) And thank you for sharing, I absolutely don't mind :) I'm familiar with about half of the blogs you listed here.
