Tasty Chewable Joint Supplements for Dogs from #NaturalStride

About a month ago, I talked about Shiner's new joint supplement that she's been taking called Natural Stride made by Natural Solutions for Life. She is in the aging pets category, so I thought it would be nice to try a joint supplement for her. We first tried the powder form of Natural Stride and it worked great. A few weeks ago, we received some Natural Stride Hip & Joint chewable supplements for dogs to try out as well.

These smell tasty!

The chewable supplements have the same benefits as the powder form and come in both Vet Strength and Regular Strength. For me, giving a chewable supplement is much more convenient and I know there are lots of other dog parents out there who feel the same way. Either way - powder or chew form - Natural Stride joint supplement for dogs is working for Shiner.

Last month, I talked about how Shiner had been limping some and having joint pain prior to taking Natural Stride. Well, I am pleased to announce that she has not limped once since taking this joint supplement. I'm very pleased with the results so far!

These new Natrual Stride chewable joint supplements must be tasty because Shiner really loves them! I accidentally dropped one under the fridge the other day and have been unable to retrieve it still. Shiner has been nosing around down there trying to get it out ever since.

Is it time to eat my Natural Stride joint supplement now?

The chews are hard and tough to break in half. Fortunately, the packaging states that you can microwave the joint supplements for a few seconds to make them softer and easier to cut in half. I did try this once, although I don't find it necessary in order to give them to my dog. She needs to take exactly 2 chews a day, and has no trouble chomping them up.

  3. We microwaved ours and I had trouble getting them soft enough without being too hot, but I figured it out. We have a very hot running microwave :)

Love love love the picture you used for the survey. Very creative.

    1. Ours were a little tough to cut as well. My microwave is the opposite though. It takes longer to cook stuff. But thankfully, Shiner has no issues chewing them up anyways. Thank you!

  6. Great review Ann! I'm all for a chewable for joint supplements. TItan is back on Dasuquin as it works best for him plus he thinks he's getting a more treat. These sound interesting. I might have to check the ingredients and price and compare to my Dasuquin. Thanks!
