Pawsome Pet of the Week - Lulu the Beagle

Ready for another Pawsome Pet of the Week? This week, I'd like to introduce you to Lulu the Beagle! Lulu is almost 6 years old and a master at finding food to eat. But would you expect anything else from a Beagle? She resides in Orlando, Florida with her mom. She's even been to Disney's Magic Kingdom before.

In today's interview Lulu's mom, Christie, shares what makes Lulu such a Pawsome Pet.

"The first time I left Lulu behind on an overnight trip, when I came home she jumped next to me on the couch and put her head on my chest. She was giving me a hug. I think her unconditional love is what makes her so awesome. That and she’s so goofy!"

 Lulu's favorite activity is eating followed by car rides. When I asked Christie what Lulu's favorite food or treat was, her reply was "Yes". Good answer! Lulu has a couple of special abilities, some having to do with food.

"She gives high fives, and she can do touch. She is a wizard at figuring out how to get food from places where she is not supposed to get food, including the back of counters, closets and the fridges."

A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do for food sometimes. One of Lulu's best features include her "soft, floppy ears" as described by Christie.

Lulu also enjoys traveling and she gets around quite a bit. She's even met a couple of famous people during her tavels to events.

"She’s been to three Global Pet Expos, and met Jackson Galaxy, Cesar Millan and Victoria Stillwell. She’s also one of the few non-service dogs to go to Disney’s Magic Kingdom."
