Saturday Photohunt: Daub
When I saw the word for today's photohunt, I knew it was perfect for the VBP Blog Hop. Today's photohunt word is daub (VBP). In today's photo, Shiner has daubed (VBP) herself with a little mud. Some of you may have read the story of her run-in with Mr. Skunk. This picture was taken after her first de-skunking bath. After a bitter diatribe (VBP) from me, we headed to the bathroom again for yet another bath... I think she's giving me the stink-eye because she's aware of the impending (VBP) second bath.

I remember the skunk and not one bath but two. Yikes baths are not our fav either. Luckily we only get them when stinky pinky. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
That is some serious mud! Yikes, Shiner! You are the queen of the bathtub!
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
Cupcake
She hates baths too! I think she would prefer to not be the queen of the bathtub lol.
DeleteIn the bathtub - for two times? Oh I would run for my life ;o)I'm glad we haven't skunks here - but sometimes I'm smelling like one of this funny guys ;o)
ReplyDeleteYou should be glad there are no skunks where you live Easy! I'm sure you don't smell as bad as they do!
DeleteLOL! Well you fought the skunk and the skunk won! Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteYea... she doesn't really have very many winning battles lol...
DeleteYeah, you got the stink eye...while Shiner just got the stink! I have that de-skunking shampoo formula taped to my fridge...we've met some nasty skunks in our time, too! LOL Happy VBP Saturday!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good recipe to have handy!
DeleteAww poor Shiner Haha! We don't have skunks where we live. My owner has never seen one before :)
ReplyDeleteDid that bath include a DAUB of tomato juice? (We recall somewheres that this was a de-skunking ingredient!)
ReplyDeleteNope - no tomato sauce! I heard that tomato actually just covers up the smell and doesn't really get rid of the odor.
DeleteOops! A muddy skunk is not a good thing!
ReplyDeleteThis info іѕ pricelesѕ. When cаn I find οut mоre?

Um, Ann, have you seen all the spam????
ReplyDeleteAnyway, what is it about dogs and skunks?
Wow... freaking spammers! Just got done deleting a crapload of their messages! How annoying! Anyways, I don't know what it is about Shiner and skunks. I would have thought she'd learned her lesson already...
DeleteGoodness gracious dogness. Shiner is working on matching Sage for being the mud-bud of the blogworld!
ReplyDeleteOops, looks like the spammers got through. Ugh.
I don't think (and hope) she could ever match Sage's muddiness! And yes those darned spammers. Swear I just deleted about 10 comments linking to articles about rectal prolapse and bleeding anuses...
DeleteEle é muito lindo...vejo que o tema de hoje rendeu várias interpretações diferentes! Um abraço!
ReplyDeleteUh oh, Shiner...mud always starts off fun and ends in bubbly torture :(
