Social Pet Saturday - It's a Hit!

I received a lot of positive feedback from the poll I posted and the comments everyone left about my new segment "Social Pet Saturday". So I am happy to announce that every Saturday, I will continue to post a new Social Pet Saturday. Basically, it's a collection of pet-related things I like from all around my social networks.

Also, if we aren't connected on social media yet just click some of my follow buttons on the top right-hand side of my blog so we can follow each other. There are plenty of networks to chose from.

Facebook - Welcoming Some New Furbabies to the World

You have probably heard me mention The Kitty Kanteen Feral Cat and Kitten Rescue a few times on Pawsitively Pets before. Earlier this week, Elliot - the spokescat for Kitty Kanteen - informed me that his mom had rescued 4 brand new furbabies and their feral mom! The one in the picture is a boy.

All of the kittens will be looking for their forever homes in a few weeks. They are located in New Haven, MI if anyone is interested in one of these little cuties. You can stop by the Kitty Kanteen's Facebook page to see pictures of all of the kittens.

Who is the luckiest pet of 2013? Cathy Keisha - duh!

My Twitter friend Lulu the Rottweiler is the author of a blog called "Adventures of Lulu: A Dog on the Road".
