Pawsitively Pets Gets a Blog Makeover

Surprise! I'm sure you've noticed by now that Pawsitively Pets has a new look. Our new header is the work of super talented Debbie Glovatsky (aka Glogirly) from Glogirly Design. I have always wanted a header by Glogirly ever since I began blogging almost a year ago. It's been kind of a dream or goal for me I guess you could say. I love her work and her blog. If you don't know her cats - Katie and Waffles - I highly suggest you stop by their blog.

Besides being a fan of Glogirly's design skills and her hilariously adorable cats, I can now say that I am also a fan of her design services. Truth is, I was planning for this makeover to be ready to share on my one year Blogiversary. Which, by the way, is on October 10th. But more on that later.

Glogirly was prompt in delivering her services and very professional. The hardest part for me was trying to decide what I wanted! She also designed our new Facebook cover photo and profile picture. Aren't they so cute? If you aren't following us on Facebook already, stop by and give us a like!

So anyways, a BIG special thanks to Debbie! I definitely recommend her work. Because we now have a new super cute header, I decided it was only right to spruce up the blog a little bit to go with it. So I've made a few changes by adding some new social follow buttons (which you should test out!), a new background color, and organizing my sidebar a little bit.

Now, as I mentioned above I had planned this makeover reveal for my one year Blogiversary on October 10th. But because Glogirly was so fast, I just couldn't wait that long! I do have some other fun things planned for the week of my Blogiversary, so be sure to mark your calendars.


I apologize for my wordiness on Wednesday :)

    Love the new design! I like the work that GloGirly Design does. I am envious of all of the people who have used her and ended up with a super cute design. I got a new logo done earlier this year. My target audience is not only women so I like that it is more commercial than cute. However, I feel it could use some more character. I have been talking to Debbie about how maybe she could tweak it for me.
