Just a Quick Note to Our Friends

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I may not be around much today or possibly the rest of this week. Today is my mom's big surgery day and she's having a mastectomy. Please keep us in your thoughts! It will be hard to keep up with you all but I hope that you'll understand! 

In the meantime, here's a quick Shiner fix for you. If it's sunny and warm out, she enjoys doing a little sunbathing in the yard.

    My Mom just had her surgery last week. She needs to go for chemo now. So we know what you are going through. Prayers for you and your mom to have a speedy recovery.

      Thank you very much. Hope your mom is doing well too. Her doctors say they will not know if she needs any further treatment (chemo or radiation) until after surgery. So I guess I may find that part out later today.
