Playing In the Tall Grass

Shiner has been enjoying a good sniff in the tall green grass in our field. The grass may look lush and green now, but wait a few months for summer and it will be all dried up. Shiner is enjoying it while she can!

  5. And she IS enjoying it! One of mine looooooves the feeling of tall grass on his body. And low shrubs, and trees, and ferns and flowers - we even have to stop him rubbing himself against brambles, the daft dog! That's the one in my blog post today!

  10. Just wondering if you changed anything with your subscriptions as I no longer am getting your posts in my email. I haven't changed anything but going through Triberr I realized I'm missing your posts. Not sure what is causing it. I check my spam and they are not there either.

    1. Thank you Emma for telling me this... it's bothering me too. I am subscribed to my own feed, but have been wondering where the emails are. There have been some strange things going on lately... going to have to investigate tonight.

  21. That looks wonderful! We're still getting rid of the snow, so no green here yet! But as you said, it's always soon enough that we're on to the next season and things change. So we have to enjoy things while we have them!

  24. Great video of Shiner! The tall grass has been nice, hasn't it? And then there have been those lush bluebonnets. This time of year in central Texas is wonderful, although I still prefer the first cool winds of fall after the long, hot summers. We will enjoy while we can!!
