Here are a few of my Christmas ornaments that represent my pets.
This ornament is my dog Shiner's. It looks just like her with a color patch over one eye!
This one was Shiner's first ornament. It doesn't look exactly like her, but the colors on the dog reminded me of her.
Finally, this ornament belongs to Jenny. Jenny was my family's Shetland Sheepdog. She lived to be 14 years old and passed away about 6 years ago.
They look very nice :)

ReplyDeleteAw! Those are such sweet ornaments! :-D I don't have one yet...Domeek hasn't found one that she likes! But I'm sure, by next year, I'll have an entire tree's worth!! :-D
ReplyDeleteA whole tree dedicated to Goose... now that would be a sight to see :)
DeleteThose are lovely. Such a nice idea. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
First one is adoraBLE! So cute! that gave me an idea to find one that looks like kirby!
ReplyDeleteKirby would make such an adorable ornament!
DeleteThey look great! Happy WW.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have ornaments for my animals...past and present! Yours are lovely. Love the glass one.
ReplyDeleteyou know I am partial to the Shetland Sheepdog ornament. Love it!

ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
I will have to go check it out pals.
DeleteHey it's Jet here. Hi Miss Ann.
ReplyDeleteAww, they are so pretty... we love reading the stories of how families come to have their ornaments. :)
Your ornaments are so SWEET! I buy a new ornament every year for my dog. There are a few ornaments on my tree of past dogs, and one for each year I have had Cupcake. I enjoy the wild goose chase of trying to find a dog ornament that looks like her every year. One year, I ended up with a dalmation which was as close as I could get to a Jack Russell mix.
ReplyDeleteI totally do not shop for my pets. Except to get them antlers to wear. It's all I can do to shop for family.
ReplyDeleteI feel you on that... I'm kind of under the same circumstances right now myself.
DeleteI don't incorporate my pets exactly though most of our decorations are animal related in some way. We even use two stuffed dogs to top our tree! It's hard to find replicas of my dog as she is a variety of unknown breeds and not a typical colour. If I ever see something that looks like her, you can bet I'll snap it up!
ReplyDeletelovely!
ReplyDeleteLove the ornaments; very sweet!
ReplyDeleteSo cool! We haven't put up a tree since 2010. I'm not sure if we'll do it this year, but we do have stockings for our pets :)
ReplyDeleteThose ornaments are great, now i've got to run off and tell Mum and Dad and put ideas in there head.
ReplyDeleteSheba.
Those are some great ornaments.
ReplyDeleteYes, I love to incorporate the pets into the decorating! And at my sister's house we always paint her windows with a Christmas scene featuring her dog. (I'm blogging about it in fact on Friday!)
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
I love to include something on my tree that's just about my kittehs and doggers. I wish I could find an ornament that resembled even one of my dogs (past or present), but that's what happens when you rescue mixed breeds.
ReplyDeleteLovely ornaments:-)
ReplyDeleteLooks great.
ReplyDeleteI always help out with the Tree and I make sure my paw stocking is up on the fireplace for Santa Paws. I usually sniff a lot and watch to make sure they put the Tree up straight!
ReplyDeleteMaggie
Lovely ornaments! We don't have ours out yet. In mommy's tradition, the tree shouldn't go up until Christmas Eve, though she'll put it up sometime next week for practical reasons. Merry Christmas Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrs.
