As promised, today I'm sharing the cutest baby pit bull pictures ever! OK, so maybe I'm just a little bit biased... as I mentioned earlier this week, I found some pictures of Shiner as a young lady and have them all scanned in to share with you. So get ready to oooo and aawww!

Best buds. |

Deuce and Shiner. |
This is Shiner and her first and only puppy love - Deuce. When we first got Shiner, we lived with roommates and they had two pit bulls. As you can see, Deuce and Shiner were great friends. Deuce was probably just over a year older than Shiner. Sadly, Deuce is no longer alive but he was a big sweetheart.
|
Storm |
This is the other dog Shiner grew up with - Storm. Storm was a great teacher and I think Shiner learned a lot of things from her. She was about 2 years older than Shiner. She was a super sweet dog who is also sadly not alive today.
|
Shiner you're heavy! |
Yes - that's me holding Shiner. She doesn't seem to enjoy it too much. She's probably just under a year in this picture.
|
Kisses! |
All of these pictures are from 2003 - 2004. I still have more photos of Shiner as a young dog to share, but I'm going to save them for another day. So check back next week for the rest of them!
Thanks to
BlogPaws for hosting the Wordless Wednesday blog hop!
These are precious! Shiner is such a cutie pie! I love the one of you holding her - I used to pick up Kayo when she was a puppy and she never liked it either. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI think I agree about the adorableness, Ann. I think it is funny when the puppies get to that "don't hold me, mom" phase... then they forget that and have the "I'm a 50 pound lap dog" phase, which lasts forever. I will have some early 2003-4 pictures up of Tynan tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteShe's always been a lap dog lol. Even though she is way too big for that!
DeleteSo nice to see puppy Shiner and we agree top marks for cuteness. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly

Cute pictures. Shiner was big as a one year old.
ReplyDeleteshiner...whoa...even aza PUPPY ewe be a big dawgie !!!
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely pics! Sadly, pit bulls are a banned breed in the UK :( entirely because of the evil thugs who would have them as a weapon and would treat them appallingly! The same is happening now with staffies!
ReplyDeleteYea it's sad. I hope it doesn't happen =/
DeleteHoly moley! What a big pup! They look so loving and loved. :)
ReplyDeleteThey are some great photos! Shiner looks as cute as ever!
