One Dog Organic Bakery Treats Review and Giveaway

For those pet parents who have canine family members, dog treats are something you always have on hand. I know we always have treats ready to go and Shiner wouldn't have it any other way! Choosing dog treats these days can be tough. There are just so many out there and picking a dog treat that is both healthy and tasty isn't always easy.

That is where One Dog Organic Bakery comes in. Shiner and I were asked to review some dog treats from One Dog Organic Bakery as well as give some away to our readers.

What is One Dog Organic Bakery?

While reading more about One Dog Organic Bakery, I learned that they have a truly awesome mission. They are a small family run bakery that produces treats in small batches from USA sourced ingredients. They consult with pet nutritionists and veterinarians to formulate the most nutritionally balanced treats.

I also found an "Absolute NO" list on their website. The list contains ingredients which One Dog Organic Bakery refuses to include in their dog treats:

  • No Chemical Preservatives
  • No fillers
  • No by-products
  • No hormones
  • No artificial colors or flavorings
  • No salt

They only use simple and safe organic ingredients. It's as simple as that! And I think it's pretty awesome that they can customize dog treats if you have a dog with allergies.

One Dog Organic Bakery sent us 3 bags of their tasty dog treats.

Shiner decided to try the Immunity Support Pumpkin Spice dog treats because they were shaped like cute little bears. Oh wait - that was me...

Anyways, seeing as these treats stay most fresh if used within 2 weeks after opening them I didn't open all the treats yet. But, we can tell you that the Immunity Support Pumpkin Spice treats are a hit! Not just with Shiner but my pet rats love them too. I also tasted the treats because they smelled so tasty and they were pretty good for dog treats.

Shiner likes the treats so much that she actually took the bag away from me and decided she was going to rip it up so she could eat some more. Yes, Shiner loves to eat but that's something she doesn't usually do. One Dog Organic Bakery gets 4 paws up from both Shiner and I!

  7. Great review, Ann! We are going to be reviewing these as well, and the dogs are very impatient to break into them! They hate it when I make them wait...LOL. I love the quality ingredients in these, as well as the fact that it's a small business that cares about pets and the environment.

  28. I have to say, these treats even sound good to me! Now if I - I mean Ace - were to try one of these, he would go with peanut butter and honey. Because he loves peanut butter!

  29. All of the flavors sound wonderful! The Ginger and coconut oil sounds like such an easy way to make sure that our babies get their coconut oil. I would probably choose the peanut butter, honey and chia seed because of all of its healthy properties. We list three of our furbabies in 2 1/2 months starting in September (Bozz had brain cancer, Godiva had nasal cancer, and Bella had heart failure) and we want the rest of our eight rescued dogs to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible. Thank you.

  31. I think my dogs would like peanut butter and honey best but I am sure they would enjoy them all.
