Carefresh® Complete Natural Paper Bedding for Small Pets

If you keep small pets, you probably already know how important a healthy environment is to them. A fancy term for this is "husbandry". Without proper husbandry, small pets can become ill so it's important to stay up to date on how to care for them.

One vital part of small pet care and husbandry is the type of bedding that you use. There are several options available today, but the one that I personally recommend is paper bedding.

I'm pretty excited today because we get to do our first ever review of a product that is made for small pets! As most of you know, I am passionate about proper care for small pets and just love the little critters in general. Jack and Gus are also happy to have their special time in the spotlight for once.

I don't typically use a disposable bedding for the bottom of Gus and Jack's cage but instead use towels or blankets. My last rat, Nibblet, did use Carefresh, however, because her first cage was a little different.

I used to assist a Small and Exotic Pet Veterinary Specialist when I was working as a Veterinary Technician.
