I was trying to take some pictures of Shiner out in the yard yesterday. The whole time, all she was interested in doing was eating grass and NOT looking at the camera.
Oh well - she's still looks cute! :)
We hope you're all having a Wonderful Wednesday!
My husband gets Honey's attention by putting a smelly treat on the brim of his hat. Maybe you need to use a grass salad for Shiner.
ReplyDeleteThat's actually a really good idea! I was trying to dangle grass in front of her face but I guess it's better when she can eat it directly from the ground because she had no interest lol!
DeleteI guess grass seems like a giant salad bar :)
ReplyDeleteI love your patriotic loo Shiner :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! Our friends Mollie and Alfie made it.
DeleteJewel loved to eat grass, too! :)
ReplyDeleteMunching on grass is delicious, I like that too, Shiner :D Pawkisses for a Happy Wednesday :) <3
ReplyDeleteShiner has a little cow in her like my two!
ReplyDeleteLOL, I always call my huskies cows because they love to munch on grass.
ReplyDeleteღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Harley has now convinced Jax that a few blades of grass in the morning before breakfast is the best! I think I've got cowdoodles LOL
ReplyDeleteWe munch on grass when it is going to rain later on. An old wives tale that usually holds true.
ReplyDeleteI've never heard that before! Funny because it did rain later on.
DeleteShiner wears lovely flowers ! We like munching grass too : does Shiner.. hem... give it back after a while, like us kitties ?
ReplyDeleteSometimes! But if she does, it's usually mixed with other other stuff... like a hairball.
DeleteOur dogs munch on grass all the time. I only get concerned when it's obvious that they have an upset tummy - usually that's my fault, because I gave them something. This weekend, everyone received "doggy ice cream." I usually make it myself, but I got some on sale at the pet store. Didn't sit well with Zoey :(
ReplyDeleteGreat captures. Did you even disturb the munching as you were snapping pictures?
Aw poor Zoey! I tried to disturb the munching but to no avail. She can't hear very well, so I couldn't grab her attention that way. And dangling more grass in front of her snout didn't seem to work either!
Deleteshiner...grazz IZ good...ask yur sisturr Callie...her can tell ya !!!! way awesum collar by de way !! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww! We love adorable Shiner! :)
ReplyDeleteThey're so skilled at avoiding the camera sometimes, aren't they? And no matter what angle a photo is taken, dogs are always cute. :)
ReplyDeleteShiner, I don't blame you. I love eating grass whenever I'm outside. ~Wally
ReplyDeleteOmg, just love her girly collar!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet girl. Grass is much better than photos.
ReplyDeleteShiner always looks cute! I think you didn't have enough treats. Love Dolly
ReplyDeleteLove that collar. She didn’t want to take attention away from it.
ReplyDeleteThanks CK! Our friends Molly and Alfie made it, so it's one of a kind :)
DeleteThat's Luke too. Even when we're outside playing, he spends more time munching on grass than anything else!
